What do I get when I buy a product?
All MindDrop AI products are instant-download digital files. Depending on what you buy, you’ll receive PDF ebooks, prompt pack PDFs, or JSON workflow files with PDF setup guides. After checkout, you’ll get immediate access to download your files — no waiting, no shipping.
How do I download my purchase?
Right after your payment goes through, you’ll be taken to a download page where you can grab your files. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with download links. If you run into any issues, email us at support@minddropai.com and we’ll sort it out.
Can I re-download my files later?
Yes. Your download links remain active, so you can re-download your files anytime. If a link ever stops working, just contact us and we’ll send you fresh access.
What format are the files in?
Most products come as PDF files, which open on any device — phone, tablet, or computer. Automation workflows include a JSON file (for importing into n8n) along with a PDF setup guide that walks you through every step.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) through Stripe, our secure payment processor. All transactions are encrypted and processed over SSL.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, one of the world’s most trusted payment processors. Your checkout is fully encrypted.
Do I need to create an account?
Nope. You can check out as a guest — just enter your email and payment info. Quick and simple.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
Because all MindDrop AI products are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded.

That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is genuinely wrong — the file is corrupted, the content doesn’t match the product description, or you were charged incorrectly — email us at support@minddropai.com within 7 days of purchase and we’ll work with you to make it right. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
I bought the wrong product. Can I swap it?
We get it — mistakes happen. Reach out to us within 48 hours of purchase and we’ll do our best to help you switch to the right product.
Products
Who are MindDrop AI products for?
Everyone — from complete beginners to freelancers, small business owners, and creators. Our products are designed to be practical and jargon-free. You don’t need any technical background to use them.
Do I need ChatGPT Plus or any paid tools?
Most of our prompt packs and guides work with the free version of ChatGPT or any major AI tool (Claude, Gemini, etc.). If a product requires a specific tool or paid plan, we’ll say so clearly in the product description.
What are automation workflows?
Our automation workflows are pre-built templates for n8n, a free and open-source automation platform. Each workflow comes with a JSON file you can import in 60 seconds, plus a PDF guide that explains exactly how to set it up — no coding required.
Are bundles worth it?
If you’re interested in more than one or two products, bundles save you a lot. They’re curated collections at a significant discount compared to buying individually. Check the Shop to see what’s available.

Can I share or resell the products?
No. All purchases are for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the files. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
